EMS Chiller Air Cooled water cooler groups are produced in 13 types with cooling capacities ranging between 14.78 TR – 116.58 TR (52 – 410 kW). 

They are designed to operate in outdoor conditions and appliances producing cold water for air conditioning and industrial purposes. 

DuPont’s R-410A gas is used in EMS Chiller Air Cooled water cooler groups.

1 – BODY
Consists of specially shaped, robust and durable profiles and body covers. It is coated with electrostatic powder paint on galvanized sheet. Resistant to scratches and impacts. The appliance can be easily serviced by opening and closing the covers on the body.

2 – COMPRESSOR
Highly efficient scroll compressors are used.  Based on the capacity, there are 1 or 2 compressors used, which can be 4 maximum.  The compressor is equipped with crankcase heater, discharge and suction valves and motor protection thermic against overheating.

3 – EVAPORATOR
Direct expansion shell & tube type.  Body is insulated against corrosion and heat.  Copper pipes are mechanically inflated and consist of a tube nest in order to remove and clean easily.  Manufactured in one or two circuits. The water inlet and outlet pipes are galvanized and extended to the outside of the body.

4 – CONDENSER
Consists of aluminum wing-copper pipe.  Condensers with subcooling circuits are installed after testing under 40 bar pressure.

5 – CONDENSER FANS
Self-powered axial fans are used.  Wings with aerodynamic form enable the fans operate efficiently and quietly.

6 – COOLING CIRCUIT
Consists of 1 or 2 independent circuits.  On each circuit, protection equipment such as solenoid valve, expansion valve, drying filter, sight glass, low-high pressure switches, charging valves, liquid storage valves, etc.  Vibration Absorbers are used on the compressor discharge and suction pipes. For proper water flow, differential pressure flow switch is installed as standard and winter kit (pressure switch fan control) is installed as an option.

7 – ELECTRICAL AND AUTOMATION PANEL (DDC + MCC)
Electrical panel is designed to be under protection against outdoor conditions.  By using easily accessible double covers, full protection is maintained. Equipped with digital or microprocessor control.  Electrical tests are made complying with EN 60204-1.

EMS Chiller Air Cooled water cooler groups are produced in 13 types with cooling capacities ranging between 15 TR – 180 TR (52.75 – 633 kW). 

They are designed to operate in outdoor conditions and appliances producing cold water for air conditioning and industrial purposes. 

DuPont’s R-134A, R-407C, R-404A gases are used in EMS Chiller Air Cooled water cooler groups.

Air Cooled Screw

EMS Chiller modular screw compressor air-cooled water cooler groups are produced in 3 (three) types at capacities ranging between 25 TR – 600 TR (88 – 2,110 kW / module.  Consists of 3 modules maximum; 1 Master and 2 Slave.

Reached capacity is 2,110 kW. It is possible to implement additional modules.  Thanks to independent operation capability of the modules, the system can keep running in case of a failure. 

They are designed to operate in outdoor conditions and used for cold water requirement needed in air conditioning units (Fan Coil, air conditioning plant, etc.) and industrial facilities.

In EMS Chiller, chillers on a single pedestal are produced with capacities ranging from 15 TR – 600 TR (52 kW – 2,110 kW).
